These terms govern your use of AI Rap Song Generator (airapsonggenerator.com). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Who can use the service

You must be 18 or over. The service is for adults only.

What you type

You keep your rights in the text you type. By sending it, you allow us to process it to write and perform your song, to check it for safety and to delete it after 30 days, as described in the Privacy Policy.

What you must not do

• Type the name of a celebrity or other public figure, or ask for the voice, name or style of a real artist.
• Make a diss track about anyone but yourself or a friend who agreed, or tick the consent box when that is not true.
• Ask for abuse, hate, discrimination, sexual content, or anything involving people under 18.
• Break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or try to get around our safety checks, limits or payment systems.
• Send requests with automated tools, or try to disrupt the site.

We check requests and results automatically. We may refuse a request, block a result, limit free previews, or suspend an account that breaks these terms.

This acceptable-use policy applies to AI Rap Song Generator. It explains what we do not allow and how the song maker checks requests. It works with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Adults, permission and who a song can be about

Write about yourself, or about people who have agreed to be in your song. A diss track can only be about you or about a friend who agreed, and you confirm that by ticking a box before it is made. Do not use the service to mislead anyone about who made a song, or to put words in the mouth of a real person.

You choose from fixed styles and tones. The songs are made by AI and are not official, sponsored, approved or endorsed versions of any artist, label, brand, show or person.

Content we prohibit

• The names of celebrities, artists and other public figures, and any attempt to imitate a real artist's voice, name or style.
• Abuse, harassment, hate speech, or content that discriminates against a person or a group, a diss track included.
• A roast of a real person who has not agreed to it.
• Sexual content, and any content involving people under 18.
• Violence or threats, or material meant to encourage self-harm.
• Covers of existing songs, and lyrics, melodies or instrumentals taken from existing songs or other copyrighted works.

How checks and updates work

The text you type is checked before a song is made, and the lyrics are checked again once they are written. A request or a result that fails a check is refused, and you are not charged for it. The lyrics and the music are made by AI models run by other companies; those companies and their models do not endorse this site or its content. Every song is AI-generated. The checks reduce risk but cannot guarantee detection of every line that resembles an existing song or of every copyright or trademark issue.

Enforcement, reports and appeals

We may refuse a request or withhold a result that fails a check. Songs and lyrics are deleted after 30 days. To report a song, request removal of one we still hold, or appeal a possible error, email contact@airapsonggenerator.com. A person reviews the available record and may refuse the request, delete the relevant song where applicable, or correct a mistaken decision. We do not promise a 24/7 response, automatic reports to authorities, account bans or credit forfeiture.

Credits and payment

Credits are sold in packs, priced in US dollars as shown in the pricing section of the home page. A full song uses 20 credits. Credits never expire and belong to your account. Available payment methods are shown before checkout and may include PayPal or Waffo. The first 30 seconds of a song are free to hear; we limit the number of free previews we give each day.

If a song cannot be made, or our safety checks stop it, you are not charged. See the Refund Policy.

Independent service

AI Rap Song Generator is an independent tool. Every song is made by AI. It does not imitate the voice or the name of any real artist, and it is not affiliated with any artist, label or music service.

Your results

Lyrics and songs are made by AI and may not turn out the way you imagined. We cannot promise a particular result. Even with our checks, a line of the lyrics may resemble an existing song.

Availability and changes

We may change, pause or stop the service, and we may update these terms. If we change the terms, we will update the date at the top of this page.

Disclaimer

The service is provided as it is, without promises that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
