Refund Policy

A full song uses 20 credits. This policy explains when you are not charged and when a payment is not refunded.

Failed or blocked songs: not charged

If a song cannot be made, or our safety checks stop your request or the result, you are not charged: no credits are taken for it. You do not need to contact us.

Free listening

The first 30 seconds of a song are free to hear. We give out a limited number of free previews each day. Hearing a preview never uses credits.

Songs you have paid for: not refundable

A full song that was made and unlocked with credits is a digital product that is delivered to you straight away, so it is not refundable. Songs and lyrics are deleted after 30 days, so download what you want to keep.

Payment disputes

If something is wrong with a payment, write to us first at contact@airapsonggenerator.com. A PayPal dispute is handled under PayPal's rules; a Waffo dispute or refund request is handled through Waffo's process. We review verified payment-provider refund updates manually; we do not automatically refund or remove credits that have already been used.
